Your Rights Regarding Refunds
At VrtexNetworking.com, we are committed to providing reliable services and maintaining transparency with our customers. If you decide to cancel our services within 15 days of the initial payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.
If services are cancelled after the initial 15-day period, the refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed, resources used, and service hours provided up to the cancellation date. Any remaining eligible balance will be credited to your account within 45 days of the cancellation request.
Cancellation Policy
Requests to cancel any subscribed service or agreement must be submitted at least 10 days before the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Cancellations received after the billing cycle has started may result in charges for the services provided, including time, resources, and support hours utilized during that billing period.
If you have signed up for our services but have not actively used them, payment obligations may still apply based on the terms of your service agreement. Any approved refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method or account within 45 days after the cancellation is processed.
